We ship your packages through Australia Post. We find it is the most reliable and effecient way to send our packages. Below we have detailed the shipping costs for your convenience. We have the shipping weight displayed on every product we sell. Our packages cannot extend 2.9kgs. In the event that you pack too much you will simply be asked if you would like a second package sent with your order. Please note that the shipping weight displayed on the product page will not be the total weight of your package as it does not count the packaging weight. The total weight of the package will be shown on the checkout page.

If your parcel has not arrived by a certain time please contact us. Please not that the approximate delivery times are when your parcel is posted and not from when you placed your order. However, please allow up to a week for you parcel to arrive, especially during the holidays such as Christmas. Also check your local post office to see if they have your missing parcel (sometimes the postie's forget to leave a note).
International
We ship our packages via Australia Post Air Mail or Express Post International. The cost of shipping changes depending on the country and the weight of your package.
Please Note: Some countries (UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (i.e. Customs and Excise) for information on what these charges might be.

Returns
If the product you ordered was not what you expected simply return the product within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to replace your item or give you a store credit (not including return postage). However we do not normally exhange or replace a product if you simply change your mind so please choose carefully.
If the product you ordered was either faulty or damaged upon arrival, simply return your product within 14 days and we will either refund, exchange, give store credit or give you a replacement.
If you would like to return a product, please contact our customer service team via email and we will send back a returns form for you to complete. Fill out the form and return with your product. Also, if you pay for your shipping return and these terms state that you do not, simply attach the receipt with your return also and we'll refund the money to your credit card. If you have any more questions regarding returns, please fill free to contact us.
Please note we do not accept products that have been open (unless damaged in transit) or used. If you receive an allergic reaction to one of our products please stop usage immediately and contact a skin specialist.
